The personal data collected on letz-grow.com is processed by H.T.S SARL, which operates the Let’z GROW brand, 5 Place de la Gare, L-1616 Luxembourg (RCS Luxembourg B196894).

For any questions about your data: gdpr@letz-grow.com. Let’z GROW has not appointed a data protection officer, as such an appointment is not mandatory for its activity.

Data collected

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form:

  • name;
  • e-mail address;
  • telephone number and company, if you provide them;
  • the content of your message.

Like any website, the server also records technical logs (IP address, date and time, page viewed, browser) that are necessary for its operation and security, in particular to block automated form submissions.

We do not collect any data from other sources.

Use and legal bases

  • Responding to your request sent through the form: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and the legitimate interest of Let’z GROW in responding to its contacts.
  • Managing the client relationship if you become a client (quote, contract, invoicing): performance of the contract and legal accounting obligations.
  • Ensuring the security of the website (technical logs, protection against bots): legitimate interest.
  • Measuring the website’s audience, once this tool has been put in place: only with your consent (see “Cookies”).

Your contact details are not used to send you newsletters or commercial offers, and are never sold or transferred.

Recipients and hosting

Your data is accessible only to the Let’z GROW team responsible for replying to you. It is stored in our customer relationship management tool, developed in-house.

Our technical service providers, which process the data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

  • Hostinger: hosting of the website and of our client management tool, on a server located in Paris (France);
  • Zoho: e-mail service, in its data centre located in the European Union.

Your data is hosted and processed in the European Union. The only planned exception is the Google Analytics audience measurement tool described below, which will only be activated with your agreement.

Retention periods

  • Contact request with no follow-up: 3 years from our last exchange, then deletion.
  • Clients: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then 10 years for accounting and contractual documents, in accordance with the legal retention obligations (Article 16 of the Luxembourg Commercial Code).
  • Technical logs: for the period necessary for the security and proper functioning of the website.

Cookies and audience measurement

To date, the website does not set any cookies and does not use any audience measurement tool.

We plan to use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure traffic on the website. This tool sets cookies and may involve a transfer of data to the United States, governed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. It will only be activated after your consent, collected by means of a banner, and you will be able to withdraw that consent at any time.

We also use Google Search Console to monitor the website’s presence in Google search results. This tool does not set any cookies on your device.
